I write and edit Frontier Mechanics, an independent technology and engineering blog.

Understanding how new technology becomes infrastructure.
Frontier Mechanics is my way to learn in public, connect technical detail to commercial reality, and keep a record of the machines and systems changing the physical world.
I cover robotics, hardware, aerospace, AI systems, markets, and energy. Each weekly edition connects four developments across these fields, asking what breaks, what scales, who pays, and which constraint moves next.
How I approach the work
The report starts with the mechanism behind an announcement: power, latency, manufacturing yield, regulation, economics, or physics. I link primary documents, papers, demonstrations, filings, and technical references so readers can follow the evidence and assess the reasoning.
I write and edit the publication independently. The archive is a longitudinal record, designed to make developments across engineering and technology easier to connect over time.
